NODairy Yogurt Powerfruit Smoothie Energizing the Sacred RD Office!! @ PWNN! OMG!

Ingredients!

Bake a large sweet potatoe or yam. Cool. Scoop out insides. Put in a food processor along with your choice of non-dairy milk and your choice of natural frozen fruit and blend!!! Use 1/3 cup of this  in the following Superfood Shake:

1/2 cup sweet potatoe yogurt

1 cup of frozen power fruit ( we use blackberries, dark red cherries and blueberries)

3/4 cup coconut milk and/or almond milk

Blend!!

Enjoy!!

 

 

 

 

How Would You Like Your Thick, Creamy NOMilk Shake?

100% Vegan!  No Sugar!

Serves 2!

Place two cans of full fat coconut milk in the fridge for a minimum of 10 hours. Don't shake the can! Scoop put the hard coconut topping and place in your food processor. Add: 1/4 tsp. your choice of flavoring extract, 1 - 2 tbls. natural maple syrup , 2 Tbls. melted creamed coconut or vegan coconut butter and, optional, sprinkles. Blend!

Enjoy with a spoon! Too thick for a straw!

Coconut Paradise!!

Same as with the above NOdairy Shake in regards to the full fat  coconut in the food processor (Thai Kitcehn works best, NOT Lite) and add your choice of sweetener. Instead of a food processor, use an electric mixer and  be patient with your mixing..it may take up to 6 minutes!

 Be rewarded with lovely, fluffy "cool whip" that holds it's shape! Even in the fridge!
