You trim and wash the mushrooms well. I use refined coconut oil and heat the pan well. Start sear the mushrooms on the top, then turn over and sprinkle on lots of garlic powder on the gills. Then, add tamari sauce and liquid smoke flavor. Turn over and sear somemore , gill side down. Turn over and add salsa or tomato sauce. Plus black or white pepper or even steak spice. Keep flipping until desired doneness. To get nice n juicy, fill the gills with ketchup and yellow mustard and more tamari if u want.
Done when as brown as u want it.
